Digitizing
Digitizing is not just the creation of a file. Our in house digitizing team provides on-site fine-tuning during our routine press checks and quality control regimens. Our digitizing manager is a respected expert in the industry, allowing us to provide you with quality second to none.
Our machinery is as finely tuned as our digitizing, and as flexible as our staff. No job is too big or too small. We offer 3D hat embroidery, keep numerous backing styles that are best suited for each piece of apparel, and have a variety of specialty hoops, clamps, and magnetic frames to embroider everything from gloves, to Sherpa blankets, backpacks, facemasks, or an occasional python boot.
Our Thread
We use Madeira poly thread, but fill in some missing Pantone colors with thread from other manufacturers.
Order Tracking
We send automatic notifications throughout the process for each order, tracking goods coming in and going out. We also have a portal with current order progress and detailed records of all previous orders.
We adhere to all ship dates promised or will contact you in advance if there’s an issue with goods or artwork delaying the process. We will be your most trusted contract decorator.
